Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment.
You will receive a confirmation once your order has been prepared and dispatched.
Shipping Time & Delivery
We offer multiple shipping options, which will be displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: Estimated delivery is 7-12 business days.
Express Shipping: For an additional $15, estimated delivery is 3-7 business days.
These estimated delivery times are valid for orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include the 2–3 business day processing period.
For all other international orders, delivery times may be longer and vary significantly based on your specific country, local postal services, and customs processes.
For most international orders, the estimated free delivery time 5 – 20 business days.
Therefore, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 9 – 23 business days from the date of purchase (including processing time).

Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.

Order Cancellation
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty!
You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for the cancellation to be applied.
If the item has already shipped, then cancellation is not possible.
All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order with extra padding to ensure it arrives safely.
However, in rare cases (approximately 1 in 1000 products), items may arrive damaged due to mail service mishandling.
If this happens to you, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
1. Your order number.
2. Clear pictures of the damaged product and its packaging.
Once received and reviewed, we’ll be happy to send out another item free of charge
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track the status of your package directly on our dedicated tracking page .
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation
Multiple Shipments
Please be aware that if your order contains multiple items, these items may be shipped in separate packages and could arrive on different dates.
This is a standard practice for us to ensure the most efficient and timely delivery of each product, especially when items are sourced from different fulfillment centers or require specialized handling.
